Upon arrival to the mojave, Lucy is presumed to have inquired about someone she is looking for to a local. We know already that she is looking for her father Hank. The NPC asks "Someone you know or some one you hate?". This this could foreshadow some corruption, lawlessness, or even feuds that happen commonly amongst the local population. "Why would my dad go to Las Vegas?" The Ghoul shows with a sideyed grin that he knows something Lucy doesn't. The viewer is aware of Hank's affiliation with Vaultec, and also The Ghoul's juxtaposition with Vaultec executives in his pre-war life. The end of season 1 shows the Ghoul may have buisness with Hank regarding a family matter. Previous players of New Vegas know there's another important charactor possibly incontrol of this area. Pre-war shot of Mr. House meeting with a pre-war Ghoul, Cooper Howard. Howard's spot here is implied by Mr. House. Howard is the best at what he does on the silver screen. Mr. House knows everything. This makes perfect sense for the scene, Mr. House is the very best at computer hardware, software and operating systems. This was shown in New Vegas. It's very likey he has automated systems all over New Vegas, and the world. Including the RobCo terminals that are everywhere in the wasteland. Securitrons in the background of the shot is lore accurite for Mr. House's story. These bots were very important to his role in New Vegas. The shot with The Ghoul, Cooper Howard, The Brotherhood Prydwen, The Novac Dinosaur, and the Legion all juxtaposed atop each other is powerful in fallout lore. The obvious statement here is one we've heard for decades "War never changes". At the end of this scene, Mr. House Claims he knows of a war coming. He's right. And the bombs are just the begining. He's right. This is the whole plot behind New Vegas. Whats interesting, is his meeting with Howard. Mr. House doesn't meet with people he doesn't have business with. This is important. House has some sort of proposition for Cooper Howard. Likely Vaultec related due to Howard's wife being an executive. Did that proposition turn out well in the end? Nope. The world ended, society is in ruin, resources are dried up, technologies of the past have to be re- engineered, and most inportantly for the plot, The Ghoul is back in Las Vegas. Why is he here? Hank is likely not the only person hes looking for. Chicken Fucker enters a scene, that plot is still unresolved from season 1. That one faggot with the foot injury is likely to be a super mutant in progress based on what we observed last season. The general mindset from the fallout community is that he was given a strain of FEV from the chicken fucker. Quick clip of unrest in Vault 33. Did they find out what was in Vault 31? Is Lucy's brother still trying to escape? Did he end up in his father's preservation POD? Neat little side story, looking forward to that for sure.
